In der Arbeit stellt Fabian Kopp mit seinen Co-Autoren die Entwicklung einer Superlumineszenten Leuchtdiode ( SLED ) vor.
Gemeinsam mit weiteren Forschern des Fraunhofer IAF entwickelte er eine extrem helle, jedoch breitbandige Lichtquelle mit einer optischen Ausgangsleistung von 100 mW für die Laser-Projektion.
