Vorgehensweise
Das Vorhaben unterstützt das Ministerium für öffentliche Arbeit und Verkehr in der erfolgreichen Umsetzung der Reform des Wassersektors ( Komponente 1 ) sowie das Generaldirektorat für Wasserversorgung und Abwasserentsorgung in der Einführung von Betriebsstandards und Personalqualifizierung ( Komponente 2 ).
Des Weiteren wird die albanische Wasserregulierungsbehörde darin unterstützt, ihr Mandat effizient wahrzunehmen ( Komponente 3 ).

The project supports the Ministry of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunications in successfully implementing reforms in the water sector ( component 1 ) and assists the General Directorate of Water Supply and Sewerage in introducing operating standards and providing training for staff ( component 2 ).
The project also helps the Albanian Water Regulatory Authority to fulfil its role efficiently ( component 3 ).
