Wir zeigten, dass die Bindung von Citrat an das Kapsid über eine Reihe von Interaktionsstellen vermittelt wird, die auch an der Erkennung der terminalen HBGA-Fucose durch das Kapsid beteiligt sind.Dieser Zucker vermittelt die wichtigste konservierte Wechselwirkung von HBGA mit Gruppe II-Noroviren.
