§ 8 ( 1 ) Auf der Grundlage des Wählerverzeichnisses und der Anwesenheit stellt die oder der Vorsitzende des RatSWD die Anzahl der Wahlberechtigten zu Beginn des Wahlaktes fest.
( 2 ) Die Wahlvorschläge werden 21 Tage vor Beginn der Konferenz auf der Homepage des RatSWD öffentlich gemacht.
