Zielsetzung des Projekts ist die inhaltlich-konzeptionelle als auch kommunikationspolitische Weiterentwicklung des Blauen Engels.
Dazu werden auf Basis verfügbarer wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse eine zukunftsorientierte Positionierungsstrategie, ein zielgruppenbezogenes Marketingkonzept sowie neue und dialogorientierte Kommunikationsmodule erarbeitet.
