We will focus on some notorious muscle groups that, depending on the kind of „use“, can create problems even in other regions in the body.As an example the inefficient use of the muscle goup psoas /adductors /tensor fasciae latae can arise as knee or lower back pain.
Regulating the muscle tone will increase the range of motion and the functional muscle strings will work more efficently.

Insbesondere werden wir uns mit einigen Muskelgruppen wie z.B. Psoas/Adduktoren/Tensor Fasciae latae beschäftigen, die - abhängig von der Art ihres Gebrauchs - Auswirkungen auf andere Körperregionen haben und dort Probleme verursachen können ( im o.g. Beispiel Knie, Lendenwirbelsäule u.a.).
Durch Spannungsregulation wird der Bewegungsumfang vergrößert und die Muskelfunktionsketten arbeiten effizienter zusammen.
