Mit dem Vorhaben in Gabun setzt die GIZ einmal mehr den bewährten Ansatz „ Capacity Development im Baumanagement “ um, mit dem sie schon in Äthiopien, Afghanistan und Südsudan nachhaltige Erfolge erzielt hat.
Dabei steht der Einsatz lokaler Unternehmen auf allen Stufen der Wertschöpfung im Mittelpunkt .
Die GIZ tritt als Bauherrenvertreter auf und organisiert die Planung und Umsetzung der Infrastrukturmaßnahmen – Erstellung von Universitätsgebäuden wie in Äthiopien oder Straßenbau wie in Gabun.
